We're here for one reason - to fund your REI deals as quickly and as efficiently as possible, and help you maximize the returns on your short- and long term real estate investments.
Our specialities
We specialize in funding deals for NON-OWNER occupied residential properties, 1-4 units, with amounts from $30,000 up to the FHA max in your area. Financing is available for up to 100% of the purchase AND 100% of needed repairs (restrictions may apply). While that's our wheelhouse, we work with more than 100 lenders that grant us access to a multitude of funding options for just about any deal you bring to the table.
